The books I have been using:

Boyd Coddington's How to Build Hot Rod Bodywork

I found this useful as I have very little knowledge of body work other than rust repairs on all the old Fords I owned.

How to Build a Traditional Ford Hot Rod

No Idea don't own it yet! Got it on order will 'review' it later.

Build Your Own Sports Car for as Little as £250 and race it.

This book is written by the man who pioneered the Locust kit car and is full of useful general information, i.e. tools required, sources of parts etc., but watch who you are reading it in front of, as my lovely eloquent wife exclaimed when she say the cover, 'Why the **** is yours costing over two grand?', be warned.

How to custom paint

Quite a good reference book covering a wide variety of paint techniques. Don''t know if I will be able to try them as I am working under a car port.

Custom Auto Upholstery

Not a bad book for techniques although some of the photographs are a bit dated.

And where I got them from..
